Manjushri sits in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base, raising a sword in his right hand. With hand painted highlights and the jewels inlaid with carnelian and turquoises. Manjushri symbolizes transcendent wisdom, embodies the highest knowledge, and is considered the patron saint of scholars and students.
